Regional Practice Administrator Job Opening in Jacksonville, Florida - The selected individual needs to be a high energy, creative, and innovative, analytical decision maker who is customer focused and action oriented. Significant and polished communication skills, with a propensity towards leadership and relationship development, are a critical component of this role. The selected individual will be expected to conduct regular review the service and cash collections for client, identify problems and propose and implement solutions. Individual also needs to stay up to date with the changing landscape of health insurance regulations and healthcare issues, working with the client to ensure the mutual success of our respective organizations.
Duties:
Develop deep account relationships with client operational contacts and document needs and organizational priorities. Establish self as long-term ally of customer and develop a strong partnership
Hold monthly (or as warranted) meetings with client to review MGA performance, listen and address client concerns.
Know how and when to involve key players in an account and effectively use internal employer resources to provide the best client solution
Complete post-meeting reports and summaries. Establish regular communication with clients regarding outstanding issues and program performance.
Report major client issues to MGA leadership and make aware of potential
Strategize with customers to define their business needs and provide creative and unique business solutions to address those needs
Represent MGA at key healthcare conferences and associations (ACEP, EDPMA, State ACEP Conferences)
Requirements
Physician Billing, Hospital Billing or vendor management experience in revenue cycle functions, preferred
Ability to effectively present information, including financial reporting and healthcare analytics, and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients and customers
Demonstrated competency in working in teams and ability to effectively communicate with all levels
Ability to problem solve, organize, develop work plans, set priorities and meet time lines
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Tact, and the ability to deal with difficult situations
Able to travel
