Operating Expense Training of Office Staff Learn how to collect and maintain employee records NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Learn about being responsible for timely collection of tenant rent. Learn to maintain good working relationship with tenants. Responsible for learning how to oversee the following expense items: 1. Electricity Usage 2. Maintenance 3. Cleaning KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE 1. Ability to relocate for a management position 2. Flexible schedule 3. Customer Service Experience 4. Experience at Multi ? Tasking 5. Experienced at handling stressful situations 6. Must possess a sense of urgency 7. Ability and desire to make decisions 8. Ability to accept feedback 9. Must have soccer coaching and or playing experience 10. Ability to analyze numbers 11. Detail Oriented 12. Highly Organized 13. Strong leadership qualities 14. Bachelors or equivalent work experience 15. Hours of operation are primarily nights and weekends Upset customers who are very demanding and sometimes make it personal. Travel necessary Sports oriented atmosphere Ability to work in the field of soccer Ability to build strong relationships with customers FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Learns about Purchase Orders Handles nightly reconciliation Responsible for making deposits Understands the bidding process DECISION MAKING Responsible for learning how to make decisions regarding: 1. Hire/Fire employees 2. Team refunds 3. Red Cards 4. Injuries 5. Employee schedule 6. Customer conflict resolution 7. Maintenance decisions 8. Delegation 9.
