We are looking for a Revenue cycle and billing manager with production and coding experience!!

As a Revenue Cycle Management consultant during the sales cycle assists in evaluation of prospective client
Actively participates in sales process in an advisory role
Builds strategic relationships with clients
New Client Startups
Works closely with sales team to understand client nuances and complexities
Works collaboratively with cross-functional US and off-shore teams to ensure proper EHR, workflow, process and reporting are set up to meet client specifications
Assists with implementation of new products and services, enhancements to systems and operational changes in workflow
Handles the highest level RCM process escalations
Provides thought leadership to that will lead to improved cash flow, increased revenue, overall client satisfaction through engagement and referrals.
DESIRED
Background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management, practice management
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, leading teams and achieving high performance results
Demonstrated ability in managing large projects with multi-disciplinary teams
Practical work experience in business development client relations strategic planning large-scale implementation and support medical billing revenue cycle and accounts receivable management financial reporting/analytics and process improvement
Knowledge of third party billing and claims processing procedures
Ability to effectively speak corporate executive, physicians and their employees as well as all level of staff within the company
Skill in examining and re-engineering policies and procedures Strong work ethic
eClinicalWorks EMR system experience preferred but EMR/EHR experience is mandatory.
Experience with Different softwares(Important)
