Location Supervisor Job Opening in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin - Oversees the workflow and supervises the daily functions of the Order Fulfillment Specialist and Delivery Drivers. Opens the site at the beginning of operations and/or closes site at the completion of shift. Creates weekly schedule for your location. Trains and coaches new associates. The leader in customer service by successfully resolving customer questions/ concerns. Performs all duties of the Order Fulfillment Specialist.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Opens and / or closes work shifts as necessary.*
Prioritizes, assigns, and supervises the work of the OFS team* *
Ensures all customer orders are filled accurately and efficiently and that all deadlines are met.* *
Creates the weekly schedule for the location and manages Overtime.* *
Adjusts part time work schedules as necessary to ensure timeliness of order delivery and quality control.* *
Trains and oversees the work of new OFC and communicates department standards, policies, and procedures for ShopWoodmans.* *
Generates orders?? and customer communications via the computer system.* *
Responds to emails from the Customer to answer questions and resolve customer concerns.* *
Records session and outstanding items in communication log for next shift.* *
Runs standard daily reports for management and computes daily sales and transaction figures.* *
Reviews transaction forms for errors and resolves problems.* *
Organizes daily credits, returns, and refunds and processes as necessary.* *
Quality Control??*
PERSONAL SHOPPER ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Fills customer shopping orders submitted online.*
Picks and packs products on customers? lists to accurately fulfill orders.* *
Identifies out-of-stock items and substitutes appropriate items. Follows picking guidelines identifying customer preferences, or calls customer to ensure satisfactory substitution.* *
Responds to specific customer requests in ?Notes? section with accuracy.??* *
Completes a written summary for the customer at the end of the shopping process to indicate products that were unavailable or did not meet quality standards.??* *
Prepares shopping site with an adequate supply of bags, totes, inserts, and chill packs.* *
Assists in staging orders for delivery, setting up totes, packing, and stocking.* *
Maintains a clean and hazard free work area, in accordance with Company policies for Food Safety, Sanitation, and Safety.* *
Provides outstanding customer service in filling customers? online shopping orders and by helping customers shopping in the store, providing assistance and answering their questions.* *

SPECIAL SKILLS, TRAINING, OR EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma required
Prior supervisory experience as Bookkeeper or Customer Service Manager preferred if in house hire.
Successful completion of the Online Shopping Training Program
Knowledge and understanding of the use of the handheld shopping device
Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft office)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High degree of accuracy and critical attention to detail
Time Management skills
Ability to interact with various level within and outside the organization
