Business Specialist/Bookkeeper Job Opening in New York, New york - Fuigo Business Specialist Position

What will you be doing?
Manage all aspects of your client's business including their finances, purchasing, and human resources
Prepare budgets & financial reports for clients to determine their profitability & help them make smarter business choices
Monitor and reconcile all funds coming in and out of the business.
Ensure Interior Design firms are operating on a healthy bottom line and finding ways to cut costs or introduce new revenue streams.
Work closely with AD100 Interior Designers to support high level business initiatives and advise on best business practices
What skills are required/needed?
2 - 3 years of experience*
Experience using accounting software a plus* *
Excellent computer and math skills* *
Hardworking and meticulous with a positive attitude* *
Strong people skills and ability to resolve conflict* *
Manage multiple tasks and projects at a time* *
Ability to readily adapt to a fast changing environment*
