What you will need to be part of our winning team:
Ability to plan and execute effective contact strategies (including cold calling) Ability to prospect youth organizations, institutional organizations and corporate partners and offer solutions to fit their team needs. Ability to provide unmatched customer service by establishing solid relationships with decision makers and closing sales through effective marketing of our products and services using persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to track all sales leads and maintain sales reports. Outgoing personality and the ability to build and deliver quality presentations. Knowledge of the trends in the team sports market and ability to forecast and prospect new opportunities. Must establish and maintain effective working relationships with all company personnel, support departments and brands that we represent. Excellent oral, written and inter-personal skills. Ability to work in fast pace, results driven environment with a focus on fostering long term customer relationships.
Star player candidates would be those with:
Extensive team sports knowledge (ideally those who are actively involved or who have played sports at a high level) 5+ years of proven success in sales in the sport industry Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. Valid Driver's License
