Healthcare Insurance Verification Specialist Job Opening in Raleigh, North carolina - Verify insurance benefits for patients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following:
· Verify insurance for requested patients within 24 hour timeframe
· Accurately complete and Patient Billing Summary and Acknowledgement forms
· Uploading of documents to EMR system
· Follow up on questions from the clinics regarding verification.
· Verify Medicare threshold information.
· All other duties as assigned.

· High School graduate.
· Experience communicating with healthcare professionals.
· Data entry experience and strong background in medical billing.
· Great customer service skills and phone etiquette.
· Must be organized and detail oriented.
· Ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Good oral and written communication skills, time management skills, stress management, detail oriented, professional behavior and image, flexible and diplomatic.
· Reliable transportation
