We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, take-charge individual who wants to join a terrific team. Candidates must be motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and have effective problem-solving skills. Your job is to win new customers and generate sustainable new revenue. You will work new opportunities generated by marketing (inbound leads), cold calls (self-generated outbound leads), and work existing prospects. This experienced inside sales role has a direct impact on the company?s performance and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Contacting potential prospects by telephone and email.
Track activities in our CRM system.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while being a team player and cooperating with all departments.
Learn, understand and communicate the features, added value and benefits of working with our organization.
You must be comfortable making 80+ outbound cold calls per day
Requirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Strong business acumen
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, time management and ability to work independently required
Excellent telephone etiquette
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Must be able to work Monday-Friday; full-time
At least 3 years outbound sales experience (not retail sales)
Responsibilities
Make 80-100 outbound cold calls
Respond to requests from website
Build sales material for presentations, mailaways, etc
Build lists of companies to mail reports and send out those reports
Search , indeed, etc looking for companies that are looking for employees
Look for Adwords ads companies are running to see who is spending money and want to work with us
Look at ads to see who is doing them poorly so we can contact them to help out
Look for bad websites
Look for neglected social media
Look for contacts on
Build our profiles on Upwork, , etc
Salary
$35,000/yr + generous commission
