Sales Associate-Client Services Job Opening in Rockville, Maryland - We're looking for motivated and business development oriented Brand Ambassadors to join our team as we continue to expand our company.
We need 2 people, one will cover the DMV Region (Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C), and the other will help cover our Chicago and California Regions.
Previous sales experience or having worked in the service industry is a helpful skill set for this position.
We're looking for a self-starters with a can-do attitude who will be expected to connect with prospects and current clients.
Description: Our Sales Representatives will start working approximately 15 to 20 hours a week, with the expectation of going to 25+ hours. These are work at home positions, and if you are located within one of the regions that you are working with, you may be asked to assist in covering an event as part of the team from time to time.
The position will have responsibilities that include:
Calling/emailing qualified prospects to introduce our services. Calling and emailing current clients to access current needs of our services.
Scheduling Appointments for our Operating Partners as a result of these calls and emails.
Sending emails and brochures, following up to provide more information and progress the sale
Creating opportunities for conference calls and meetings--we will help you close the sale!
We appreciate proactive team members who bring fresh ideas on how to do things better.
The basic requirements: - Proven track record in inside sales - Strong phone presence and experience making multiple daily calls- Excellent spelling and grammar skills- Positive attitude-
You will work (via phone and email) with our business partners in these areas to sell and schedule client dates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision makers
-Work at a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
-Communicate proactively with all decision makers
-Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
-Work well with the operations team members, leveraging their expertise with yours.
-Collaboratively work with our team to expand the book of business for the region.
