Part-time Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Wellesley Hills, Massachusetts - Wellesley full service CPA firm that provides accounting, auditing, taxation, financial and business consulting service, is seeking a highly motivated permanent part-time administrative assistant to add to our staff.
The candidate MUST have the following requirements
Have 2 ? 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm or other professional services firm.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS office applications including Word and Excel
Familiar with tax return processing and e-filing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-pasted environment while maintaining confidentiality is a must.
Be able to work additional hours during our busy season (February to April)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare client correspondence, proposals and reports for partners, managers and staff.
Process and assemble a variety of income tax returns and financial statements utilizing paperless and paper processes,
Assembling client tax organizers and engagement letters
Interfacing with clients and assisting partners, managers and staff including communication billing, special projects etc.
Assist the firm administrator in the end of month reporting and various other analytic reports for the partners.
Copying, filing and scanning client information, run errands
20 hours per week with potential for extra hours during our busy season (February thru April) during the summer months there is potential for a shortened work week with Friday off.
