We are looking for candidates with self-motivation, works well with a team and individually.
Responsibilities :
Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Follow up on all customers experiences from our sales and service departments.
Work with sales and service managers; as well as team members to ensure our customers satisfication is exceptional.
Conduct a variety of daily outbound calls, emails and reports
Reports to GM and Customer Relations Manager

Proficient in Excel
Excellent Follow-Through
Strong Computer Skills
Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude
Must be flexible with hours, including weekends
Bilingual; preferred(English/Spanish)
