Our company is responsible for the ownership, management, development and redevelopment of many properties. Our national reach consists of more than 15,000 multi-family apartments, as well as 13 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Ohio. As a representative of Kushner, our Accounting Intern is responsible for assisting with financial reporting and advisory. This role will be responsible for serving as a control function and financial planning and analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliations
Financial Reporting and Analysis
Budget monitoring and comparisons and Reforecasting
Tracking Capital Projects and Expenses
Audits and Refinances
Assisting with responses to Investor Inquiries
Assist with filing taxes: 1065's, 1120's, State & Local returns
Assisting with distributing K-1's
Tax Planning & Legal Entity assistance
