We are seeking an inside sales pro to join our team! You will be growing our network through outbound prospecting through cold calling and lead generation. Our system allows contractors to increase their profitability with unique solutions for homeowner backyard projects.
Motivated individuals can expect to earn $45k in their first year. We'll teach you our system that has allowed us to produce over $20 mil in sales over the past 5 years.
We manufacture systems to install outdoor living improvements (kitchens, counter tops, fireplaces, firepits, water features, Pool finishes) in 10 % or the time, at 50 % of the cost and 10 times the staying power of traditional methods of the outdoor home improvement industry. The most important factor in our long history of success has been our people. Your job will be calling on contractors, recruiting new dealers for our dealer network. If you follow our system you will be:
*Starting with first two weeks of paid training
*Making 150 outbound calls a day hot leads and cold calling combination
*Following up with interested prospects
*scheduling sales webinars
*Team Selling
Qualifications:
*Previous phone experience helpful but not necessary
*Willingness to make cold calls
*A thick skin, contractors can be cranky and use salty language at times.
*Self Starter
*Able to work independently
