Account Manager Job Opening in South Portland, Maine - Position Summary
Entry level Account Management position responsible for supporting Senior Account Managers in managing client relationships, including facilitating client installations, providing on-going support services, reporting, analytics, and problem resolution.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain close, collegial, productive working relationships with appropriate client contacts.
Act as a liaison between clients and the varying departments within Citra to ensure all deliverables are completed timely and to specification.
Prepare and deliver client reporting as defined by client requirements.
Analyze reports and develop appropriate written executive summaries for clients offering insights on trends, key metrics, etc. as appropriate.
Communicate with clients on a regular basis as defined by Citra?s client communication plan.
Coordinate all activities pertaining to problem identification and resolution, while managing client expectations.
Communicate client status, concerns and issues to the appropriate internal resources on a routine basis or as a given situation warrants.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements with appropriate supporting justification.
Key Competencies
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Technical aptitude; expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Priority management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Minimum Qualifications
Four-year degree in business or related field; equivalent experience will be considered
Two years of related work experience preferred
Account management / client services experience preferred
Healthcare experience preferred
Ability to travel nationally is required
Physical Requirements
Citra Health is often a fast-paced work environment requiring an ability to prioritize and work effectively and efficiently regardless of pressure. Sedentary work requiring good manual dexterity with repetitive motions of wrists, hands, and fingers. Must have vision sufficiently correctable to work with a computer monitor. Must have excellent hearing and listening skills to receive detailed information through oral communication
