Maintenance Worker Job Opening in Concord, New hampshire - We currently have a position open in our Maintenance department at a property just outside of Concord.
The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance duties. The selected individual must be self-motivated, dependable and have the initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision. The purpose and function of this position is to maintain the buildings, units, and grounds so they are safe and environmentally sound while complying with Federal, State and local healthcare standards and regulations. Must be able to work well with existing property staff.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Drivers license
Reliable personal vehicle
Ability to lift 50lbs or more for short periods of time
Necessary skills:
Basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrician skills
Janitorial skills
Painting skills--ability to turn vacant units quickly with proper assistance from our vendors
Grounds-keeping and snow removal
