Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), you will work closely with our team in leading prospective clients through the sales cycle, from qualifying new leads to closing deals. Through the SDR role, you will gain deep knowledge of not only our products. With this experience, the SDR role is a great starting point for a career in both sales and tech. We are looking for a Sales Development Rep (SDR) who thrives on seeking out new prospect opportunities, through both inbound and outbound activities, and delivering on a quota of Sales Qualified Leads (SQL). This highly visible position will provide lead development support to the sales organization through the development of qualified leads that result in closed-won business. He/she will be responsible for developing both inbound and outbound leads and qualifying them against minimum qualification criteria.

Excellent , Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and organizational skills
A college degree relevant to the position skills and experiences required
What you?ll do:
Prospecting via phone and email, performing excellent and professional follow-up on leads
Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow up, and generate interest
Meet or exceed activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set and SQLs validated
Conduct outbound campaigns in support of sales events and other marketing activities to grow pipeline
Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management. Influence scripts and messaging based on front line experience
Manage activity reporting across sales organization
Assist on handoff from sales to account management
Manage cold lead revival program
Interface with engineering and customer service as applicable
