Replacement Parts Inc is a 97 year old, strong, privately held, stable, and growing wholesale/retail - distribution company located in Little Rock, Arkansas serving a 7 state region. We are looking for n individual who is driven yet detailed to be a key manager in implementing and maintaining our ERP system. The current ERP system has been in use for over 30 years and it is time to make a change. We have chosen Epicor?s Vision ERP solution utilizing Indigo?s JMO Warehouse Management Software (WMS ) and Microsoft Dynamics for accounting and financials. Now, it is time to implement the ERP solution throughout our 3 distribution facilities to better support our 300 stores and jobbers. We are ready to move forward in the process of starting a 12 month implementation schedule. The right candidate will understand all aspects of ERP and WMS solutions which include product forecasting, purchasing, warehousing, CRM, order management and shipping along with how all of these transactions drive the accounting functions throughout the organization.
The ERP Manager will serve a key role to the overall solutions for the company. This person will become the local expert and ?go to? manager for all aspects of the ERP environment; however, you will not be alone in this process, we have multiple project managers, 18 members in our Digital Business team working with the 20+ members of the corporate management/business team that will be implementing the ERP throughout the organization. Working together we can create, implement, and maintain all solutions throughout the organization. Responsibilities / Requirements
Overall responsibility for all aspects of the organization?s ERP implementation and solutions.
Overall responsibility to ensure that the corporate ERP servers are running at optimum efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot all aspects of the ERP applications.
Work with the application Vendor group for all design, development, testing, and implementations.
Personal hands on experience managing ERP software, preferably in warehouse distribution.
Experience with Vision, JMO, or Dynamics is a plus.
Work with the database administrator to design, develop, and update databases models.
Work with various operational staff to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business,
financial, and operations systems to support the ERP system.
Analyze security, data, inventory, and sales for detail and trending reporting.
Knowledge of database development, including UniData, SQL, or InterBase.
In depth, hands on experience with MS Access and Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong ERP application expertise, experience, and knowledge.
Ability to quickly learn through On the Job Training.
Willingness to learn by digging deep into situations and solving problems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Keen attention to detail.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
Very strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Higher education required, which includes 4 years of training through a combination of the following: Bachelor or Associates degree, training through the Armed Forces, certificates of experience in technical or managerial aspects, documented training courses (online or in person).
Very strong customer service orientation.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
