Administrative Assistant, Quality and Transformation Job Opening in Coupeville, Washington - POSITION SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant for the Quality and Transformation Office serves as primary support for the activities and functions of the Chief of Quality and Transformation and for the coordination of Office operations. The position functions in an environment of highly confidential and sensitive information and interacts with organizational leaders, staff and the public on a regular basis.
EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma Required. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration or related field preferred. Experience in managing complex documents, office functions and professional staff; experience in a healthcare setting preferred. At least two years experience in an administrative services role which requires organization abilities, excellent pc skills and both verbal and written communication skills in a customer service environment.
