Documents Admin Analyst Job Opening in syracuse, New York - Documents Admin Analyst An International bank seeks a Documents Administration Analyst. Prepare/review documentation for new credit transactions with clients and counterparties involving trade finance loans, documentary collections, Letters of Credit/Standby L/Cs, Repos/Reverse Repos. Required: Minimum 3 years banking experience with credit transactions, derivatives, securities market, trade finance loans, documentary collections, Letters of Credit, Standby L/Cs, Repos/Reverse Repos. Familiar with Credit Documentation, Agreements, Promissory Notes, Credit approvals and ISDA master agreements. Fluent in English and Portuguese, Spanish is a plus. Previous experience with back office operations. Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, good communication/teamwork skills, problem solver. Familiar with KYC documentation. Duties: Communicate with clients, counterparts and Relationship Managers/Account Officers via e-mail, phone, fax). Interact with all Branch areas (Front/Back Office, Compliance, Accounting, Management, Head Office) on daily activities, special projects, implementation of new products for clients. Perform KYC and due diligence for new clients, review credit limits approvals for all new credit transactions,review/control Guarantees, control/distribute pending documents, ensure Department Procedures Manuals are updated, all internal Branch Policies/procedures are followed. syracuse ny new york
