Account Open Specialist (Operations) Job Opening in Albuquerque, New mexico - Primary Responsibilities :
Process all new Account Opening Applications
Properly document all actionable items, both completed and next step actions
Create and assign Transfer and Rollover cases to Transfer Specialist to complete account funding
Create and assign Contribution and or Fees cases to Cash Management Specialist to complete account funding
Create and properly file all account opening paperwork in client file
Report any corrections needed to process account opening to the onboarding Sales staff member
Process all account closing requests
Create and properly file all account closing paperwork in client file
Report any account closing requests to the onboarding sales staff member
Assist transfer specialist with all outgoing transfer requests
Special projects come up from time to time and can include such things as build / update fulfillment items for events and trade shows.
Education & Background:
Financial services, real estate, or other related experience or related field is looked upon.
Bachelors degree
Bank operations a plus
