EDUCATION: High School or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE: 6 months home care experience required.
LICENSE/CERT/REG: Current Virginia HHA or PCA certificate and/or license in Virginia required. CPR certification required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills preferred in CPR; negative TB skin tst or chest X-ray Valid driverâ??s license Reliable car / auto insurance Clean background and criminal record
Our healthcare company requires a caring and compassionate Home Health Aide to work with a variety of patients in the local area. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for accompanying patients to local doctorâ??s appointments, assisting patients with personal care and health monitoring and helping to maintain a clean home environment for each patient. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate and updated records on each of their patients.
