Automotive Sales Associate Job Opening in Surprise, Arizona - Subaru Superstore of Surprise is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate . Sales Consultants work with customers to identify their vehicle choices and ensure that every person has a truly exceptional sales experience. The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives.
Responsibilities:
Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
Determine customer automotive needs while educating them on new and used car ownership
Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, to include test drives
Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure return business and referral business with customer follow-up
Suggest optional vehicle equipment
Engage in business development
Drive Traffic
Qualifications:
1+ years of automotive sales experience REQUIRED
Superior customer service and follow up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills to include: Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results
