Salary Range : $35,500 to $52,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
Location: This position will work from of our Greeley, CO office
Job Summary:

Our Office Specialist is an integral part of our Administration Team. Reviewing contracts, employee expenses and incoming mail are just a few of the responsibilities assigned to this position.
Core Responsibilities:
Answering and routing incoming administrative calls
Distributing incoming mail / shipments
Updating marketing materials
Generating Customer Letters of Agreement
Processing Accounts Payable
Helping employees with expense reports and assisting the Accounting Specialist as required
Other Administration tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
Degree in Accounting, Business, Administration, or Equivalent Experience
Excellent Organization skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with Executive Level Management
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Experience in processing A/P and employee expense reports
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $36,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
