Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services is on the lookout for an Account Manager who takes immense pride in creating a welcoming environment for new clients, and continuing to nurture these relationships through proactive outreach. Advocacy is the name of the game here, and we need someone who can collaborate closely ? and remotely ? with team members to ensure all client needs are met in a quick and efficient manner. You must love the details to love this job ? defining benefits packages, keeping track of multiple clients? questions and needs, and coordinating with many different personalities. Customer-focused diplomacy is imperative to be successful in this position.
Big picture: you will be the lead point-of-contact for your clients, and accountable for the success of existing client renewals and new client implementations. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
On-boarding new clients, including participation in meetings
Educating members about their group health benefits
Maintaining long-term client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Defining complete benefits packages (including medical and ancillaries)
Coordinating and completing all client open enrollment tasks (e.g. renewal packets, scheduling, in-person meetings, webinars, online/other enrollments, and data exchanges)
Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key contacts and executive sponsors
Planning and attending quarterly onsite client visits
Providing timely updates to clients regarding upcoming of interest
Resolving urgent requests and escalating issues as needed
Providing support/guidance regarding healthcare requirements and regulations
Traveling to various client locations, as well as Nonstop?s West Coast offices
You will live on the East Coast, with preference to the Washington D.C., NYC or Boston areas.
Minimum requirements for this position include:
Licensed with the DOI to sell Accident and Health and Life
Bachelor?s degree or 5+ years recent experience in Account Management / Customer Relationship Management
Current knowledge regarding PPACA, healthcare reform
Experience managing projects, particularly benefits renewals
Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and remotely
Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Excellent PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills
