Would you like to work for a fun, small business? Established Allstate Agency is looking for a full time Insurance Sales Professional to help us grow. Position requires a NH Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire. Life and Health Insurance license a plus. Training and support provided.
Job Responsibilities:
Be a team player to help grow the agency
Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
Help protect customers by offering insurance products that will meet their needs
Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage
Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent customer service
Adhere to Allstate's Trusted Advisor Model
Qualities desired:
Able to communicate effectively - both oral and written language
Excellent organizational skills and follow up processes
Self-motivation
Strong and happy phone presence
Quick learner
College degree preferred
