The Plimpton & Hills Corporation, is a leading plumbing & heating wholesaler throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. We are seeking an Outside Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position is responsible for growing and cultivating new business within the builder/re-modeler contractor with our Waterware showrooms. Be a part of our Outside Sales Team which strives towards maintaining excellent customer relationships in order to gain maximum potential from our growing customer base.
The candidate should have demonstrated success in growing sales and managing a geographic territory. Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business - including making cold calls as needed. Professional presentation and communication abilities. Be detail oriented, self-driven, organized and personable. Responds to customer requests in timely manner. Be able to troubleshoot potential issues and problem solve. Background knowledge of the plumbing industry a plus .
