Sales Associate Job Opening in Brattleboro, Vermont - We're growing again! Recycle Away, an expanding Brattleboro based e-commerce company, seeks a motivated multi-tasker for an anticipated opening in our customer service based sales team. Recycle Away is located downtown in a hip and spacious converted warehouse. And we even offer free downtown parking to all our amazing employees!
This is an inside sales position where all customers are inbound either via phone or our websites. You will need to be a quick learner, and be able to answer customer inquiries on hundreds of different styles of recycling and trash containers. Salesmanship is just as important as attention to detail and speed.
Required skills and attributes include:
- Excellent phone skills
- 2 to 3 years experience in a professional office environment, preferably in a customer focused role
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite. QuickBooks, data entry, and Salesforce experience a big plus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced casual business environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented team player with plenty of motivation and an excellent sense of humor.
Position is full-time, with a solid starting hourly wage ($16.50). Position is full-time, with a solid starting hourly wage ($16.50) plus potential for weekly and monthly bonuses.
