Requirements
Must have roofing and/or insurance restoration experience.
Must meet structured sales quota levels and targets.
Must be able to climb ladders and inspect (walk on) roofs.
Must have reliable and adequate transportation.
Core responsibilities
Work with new sales associates to provide direct field and office training.
Attend weekly sales location training and company online meetings.
Meet self managed sales levels and personal quotas.
Pay and benefits
On target earnings = $109,000. Top trainers earning over $150,000.
Unlimited commissions. Benefits and financial planning coordination.
Company incentive trips and various contests throughout year.
Daily activities
Prompt arrival at all assigned company leads and adjuster meetings
Self generation activities through door knocking businesses and homeowners.
Daily software reporting and new customer entry for all related activities.
