Compliance Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Portland, Oregon - As the Compliance Assistant you will be responsible for providing support on an administrative level, compiling and organizing required documentation for the compliance department. Primary duties include: organizing and auditing resident files for LIHTC and HUD program compliance, filing, data entry, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Electronic and physical organization of records.
Data entry in Excel, Onesite and Yardi.
Printing, scanning and copying.
Ensure proper documentation and data is received in a timely manner.
Maintains and updates hard copy and electronic filing system for the department, retrieves information from files when needed.
Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and paperwork.
Answers emails as requested.

Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn property management software
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma.
1 to 3 years of data-driven administrative or compliance experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
