Solar Sales Consultant Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - $100,000+ LEAD BASED OPPORTUNITY
Victory Solar is a leading edge solar company that offers our customers ?Best in Class? solar solutions for their home and commercial needs. Victory Solar believes that hard work and determination should be rewarded and provides our Sales Consultants with custom leads to be able to identify our customers and allow our Sales Consultants the information and tools necessary to meet monthly sales forecast.
Victory Solar is currently expanding our business in San Antonio and surrounding areas. We are hiring highly motivated individuals to educate our customers on the benefits of solar power and execute contracts that will allow the customers to save on their energy bills.
Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of honesty and integrity.
Self motivated, results oriented, able to work without constant supervision.
Schedule appointments and be on time.
Educate customers on the benefits of solar power and answering any questions.
Present the sales proposal, financing options and securing the sale.
Communicate with the customers and Victory installation teams throughout the process.
Communicate with the sales team with written reports and weekly meetings.
Meet and exceed monthly sales forecast.
Experience & Requirements
Solar sales experience is preferred.
Victory Solar will train top closers with proven in-home sales or individual customer sales experience.
Must have dependable vehicle and be able to work some weekends and evenings.
Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High school diploma with college experience a plus.
Must be able to work in the United States.
Bilingual candidate?s a plus.
This position is a commission based opportunity.
Victory Sales Consultants can earn over $100,000+ per year based on the quality leads provided and following the Victory Solar proven sales method. Additional leads will be given to our top closers to ensure their hard work goes rewarded!
