Accountant/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Hunt Valley, Maryland - Baltimore based Healthcare company is seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and energetic individual for position. Excellent salary and benefits.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide assistance to Account Manager
Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
Input/ process all company bills
Perform miscellaneous administrative duties
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Payroll and benefit administration.
Must possess the following minimum requirements:
College degree in an accounting related field, preferred
2 years experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
Highly organized, team player
Demonstrate reliability and confidentiality.
Proficient in time management and multi-tasking.
Strong communication skills.
Full-time required availability Monday through Friday 8:45am to 6pm.
