Sales Excellence Manager Job Opening in Hoffman Estates, Illinois - Position Overview
Siemens Healthineers is looking for a talented and experienced Sales Excellence Manager for our Molecular Imagining (MI) business. in this role, you will drive the country specific strategies and sales initiatives defined by the Head of Sales and the MI executive team. The global MI Sales Excellence Manager will report to the Global Head of Sales and therefore support the achievement of the global order and sales goals, to ensure the worldwide profitable growth and market share expansion of MI.
The global MI Sales Excellence Manager will highly contribute to the analysis of sales performance and to the rollout of the pricing excellence program. The global MI Sales Excellence Manager will also consolidate and share MI knowledge on sales success stories and best practices as well as appropriate site references for customer visits.
This position offers an ideal opportunity for the Sales Excellence Manager to develop his/her experience and skills in business development and sales operation with international exposure and headquarters responsibilities
Responsibilities
Contribute to the elaboration of the global sales initiatives, an in particular to the specific action plans & sales initiatives within key countries, so called ?countries of opportunities?.
Stimulate & monitor execution of Sales initiatives by developing/using the appropriate metrics measuring actions and results, as setting up and creating new initiatives
Develop pricing intelligence and win/loss analysis on sensitive market segments to be leveraged in competitive positioning, value selling, and pricing excellence.
Consolidate the worldwide map of reference sites ? identify gaps and contribute in close coordination with Marketing to a solid reference sites strategy and roadmap.
Have the analytics pulse, spot trends and opportunities that lead to recommendations about how to adjust the sales strategy.
Identify best practices and faster experience sharing , i.e. collects and selects success stories to be communicated in order to reinforce positive energy and winning ways
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
Understand the Medical Imaging market, customer needs and industry trends
Experience in sales and medical imaging.
Sales operation experience, in Healthcare, preferably in Imaging.
Experience with value selling
High affinity for modern media and business analytics
Self-starters, results driven and customer focused
Entrepreneurial thinking with strong outcome orientation
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience
BS/BA in Marketing, Biomedical Sciences, Business Economics, Business Engineering, Sales
4 years of experience in Imaging desirable
Travel requirement: approximately 25%
