Job Summary:
The primary focus of this position is to develop strong inbound/outbound orientated sales skills ? driving exceptional customer experience and achieve revenue goals for Healthcare Company by using strong communication skills and a customer focused mindset.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive key performance metrics to achieve company revenue goals.
Demonstrate and model strong selling techniques and service expectations.
Admissions coordinators work with medical records and must organize and process this information for use in their facility and with referring medical facilities.
Admissions coordinators will work with the people who may be injured, infirmed or confused and their families. Understanding their needs and concerns is crucial.

Computer, telephone and electronic office equipment
MS Office Suite
Education and Experience:
For external candidates, minimum requirement is 1 years of sales experience.
Bachelor?s degree preferred

Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail
Strong product knowledge and proper presentation of product to clients.
Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
Excellent computer-based and telephonic skills.
Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills.

Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment over an extended period of time.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
