National Sales Assistant Job Opening in Lehi, Utah - Job Type: Full Time
Hours: 9:30a ? 6:00p Monday-Friday
Pay: DOE
We are looking for someone to join our online cabinet division as an assistant. We ship unassembled knotty alder cabinets nation-wide, and this person will be in charge of shipping. Your job will include working directly with customers through online chat, email, and phone (no cold calling) in addition to shipping small cabinet parts, replacements, and accessories. Each week you will spend time in the warehouse packaging small shipments.
What you will do:
Work with customers via phone, email, and chat (no cold calling)
Receive inbound sales calls and customer inquiries
Assess the cabinet needs of each customer
Create invoices and prepare order documentation
Check inventory on each order
Take payments
Get quotes from freight shippers
Take pictures of labeled crates and update customers on the status of their order
Handle small-scale shipping by packing, weighing, and labeling small shipments
Schedule FedEx pickups (and occasionally drop-off packages at FedEx)
Actively strive towards monthly sales goals
Daily use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Google sheets
Related experience is not necessary as we will train the right person. However, we need the following from you:
Excellent people skills and capable of making personal connections with our customers
Need to have reliable transportation and be consistently punctual
Teachable and accepting of constructive criticism on job performance
Need to accept responsibility for your actions
Able to follow orders and adapt to feedback
Capable of working under stress in a fast-paced environment
