Maintains and improves customer service by resolving complaints; recommending changes; training and guiding employees.
2. Duties:
*Improves customer relations by receiving, logging, tracking, referring, following-up, and resolving customer complaints.
*Helps customers by responding to communications; referring, logging, tracking, and following-up inquiries.
*Improves service by analyzing complaints and inquiries; identifying recurring and potential problems; developing solutions.
*Improves policies and products by developing forms, communications, questionnaires, and techniques for soliciting customer comments and suggestions; reviewing proposed changes.
*Guides employee service actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
*Maintains service quality results by monitoring and enforcing standards.
*Prepares employees by conducting service training; announcing product and service introductions.
*Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
*Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
