Description of Position:
Seeking full time Buyer Specialist to work exclusively with buyers in a fast paced real estate environment. Ideal candidate will be driven and team-oriented with a strong leader guiding the way. Candidate must desire to be on a team and must be looking to establish a career with the team. Must be available to work with buyers and must be available to work evenings and weekends. Responsibilities include handling buyer leads, accompanying showing appointments, writing sale contracts, sitting open houses every Sunday and more. This is an independent contractor commission based position. Must have laptop with wireless connectivity, adobe acrobat software and a smart phone. We are paperless.
Individual must possess a great attitude, willingness to learn, must possess a servant heart, must be a team player, Experience preferred but no required. Must have a real estate license and 6 months reserves while learning the business. Individual will be organized, friendly, coachable and highly motivated to sell to buyers only. Candidate must also possess excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. - Available nights and weekends to accommodate buyer appointments and open houses
- MUST have laptop, wireless connectivity, and smart cell phone
- Must dress for success; business suits are the standard
- Extremely customer service oriented with a friendly positive attitude representing our company with class and respect
- Must behave professionally and must maintain a pleasant demeanor under any and all circumstances
- Possess great computer skills and proficiency; MS Office software knowledge; Word, Adobe Acrobat etc.
- Must be able to build rapport with buyer clientele and must be able to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly goals. Must able to sell real estate!!
-Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills; must track all activity and maintain pre-determined systems within the team
- Must be ethical, honest, hardworking, responsible and prompt and must behave with the client and team's best interest at heart at all times
- Must be coachable and reliable and must represent the team with the highest of standards.
- Ideal candidate will specialize in working with buyers. Candidate will only work with buyers. That will not change.
-Must be willing to endure a lengthy interview process and must be excited to do so!
