SalesMuscle? is looking for a Sales Representative for an east coast company that provides consumables and equipment solutions to histology labs. The position is located in the Baltimore, Maryland Area and reports directly to the National Sales Director.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused with a proven record of solution selling. The ideal candidate is experienced in probing customer needs and uncovering specific issues, and is able to effectively sell the value of our solution.
Responsibilities
Position is responsible for managing and supporting customers with consumable histopathology products within the designated territory of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia to achieve agreed sales results.
Field travel required: Minimum of four day/week, five calls per day
Specific duties:
Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales and profitability targets set for region
Achieve high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of sales and support assistance
Coordinate product demos and product support when required by the customer
Identify value added improvements and recommend to customer
Prepare quotes for customers
Communicate regularly with service department and equipment sales team to create bundle proposals
Deliver orders to customer. This may require delivering to lab or other room where customer specifies.
Maintain 30, 60, 90 day sales funnel in CRM
Qualifications
Skills/Attributes Required: Self-motivated, Strong work ethic, Financially motivated, Have valid driver?s license with no major violations, Customer focused
BA or BS degree preferred
