Sales Account Executive Job Opening in Wilmington, North carolina - CastleBranch is seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join our Sales Department. The Account Executive will be sell corporate products to establishments or individuals by performing the following duties. All AEs must uphold the mission and values established by CastleBranch.
Must make proactive outbound touches, and assume responsibility of inbound reactive touches, to/from potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail with the goal of selling products and services.
Must communicate effectively internally and externally: maintaining a high energy and positive attitude, ensuring timely and pertinent information is shared.
Be a team player: attending weekly sales meetings, contributing to general business knowledge, sharing effective sales techniques.
Build and maintain customers relationships, effectively and efficiently managing assigned accounts.
Must continually learn and develop a working knowledge of all products, services, internal systems, assigned accounts, new opportunities, and competitors.
Must meet and/or exceed productivity goals as agreed to with management.
Always sell ethically to prospective clients and existing customers.
