What will you be doing?
Build relationships with potential clients and uncover the benefits of using our system to achieve success in Real Estate Investment.
NO COLD CALLS- You will dial warm leads that have made an introductory purchase indicating interest.
Sell our Real Estate Investment system and organize your day to meet all of your commitments as there is big money if you know how to follow up.
Peel the onion to find out WHY your potential client is interested in Real Estate Investment.
Uncover the EMOTION behind WHY your potential client wants to better their current situation through Real Estate Investment
Dial with persistence and posses a hard work pays off type attitude. This position is not for the weak. We are looking for top producer personalities.
Conduct business with the absolute highest level of integrity! No corner cutters. This is a real opportunity!
Job Requirements:
You must have minimum 1-year proven success in phone sales.
Experience selling self-help, personal improvement, weight loss, life insurance, door to door, education, timeshares, solar or other products purchased on emotion is a big plus.
You must be coachable ? You need to be open to learning and applying new sales techniques geared toward closing an emotional sale.
Must be dynamic closer with the ability shift gears appropriately on a sales call and who can overcome objections. We aren?t order taker here! (Don?t quit after the first objection).
Proficient computer skills using Google apps (Gmail/Calendar) and CRM?s.
Articulate with strong over the phone and written communication skills.
High sales morals and integrity along with a positive attitude (We have a proven sales process we want you to practice - No shortcutting).
A deep desire to help people reach their dreams using our real estate investment education and services (Not a one call close but a long term relationship sale).
Compensation and Benefits:
Our top sales reps are making $100K Plus with uncapped commissions
Average reps typically earn $50,000 to $75,000 in their first year
Top tier closers only - do not apply if you are average or scared to push through customer objections
This is a W-2 position with medical and dental benefits discussed in interview
