POSITION SUMMARY: This Staffing Manager will manage the daily operations of the staffing department. This includes managing all functions associated with the recruiting, screening, and placement of field employees, including service calls and sales activities. : 1. Supervise the day-to-day activities of our External Field Employees.2. Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to target and place employees in staffing assignments. 3. Manage the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering and negotiating positions, credentialing and onboarding new hires.4. Process client job orders, which includes presenting qualified candidates to clients while maintaining exceptional customer service skills.5. Execute bill and pay rate negotiations with employees and clients based on client job orders.6. Business Development: contact prospective, existing and active customers through multiple channels such as telephone, client site visits and email to develop business.7. Oversee payroll processing to ensure all employees are paid correctly in a timely fashion.8. Act a benefits designee for branch, responding to benefits questions from field staff and referring more complex benefits issues to the corporate benefits department.9. Track recruitment and marketing results through various reports.10. Maintain profit margins and recruitment quota in accordance with set goals.11. Maintain potential candidate pool and working employees in assignments while coordinating retention efforts and extension of assignments.12. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations related to all business practices. Participate in Joint Commission accreditation survey process and maintain all files and records to ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, where appropriate.13. Other duties and projects as assigned.
JOB SKILLS: 1. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management and staff.2. Must display a professional approach to communication and teamwork, as there is a high degree of interaction with various levels of employees, clients, visitors and outside consultants.3. Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office products (WORD, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as applicant tracking software and social media tools such as Facebook, and Twitter.4. Ability to establish and achieve goals, prioritize and perform multiple functions and tasks. 5. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.6. Excellent customer service skills.7. Strong organizational skills and positive attitude.8. Demonstrates sense of urgency in completing REQUIRMENTS: 1. Bachelor's Degree required.2. 2 years sales and customer service experience required.3. 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience, healthcare staffing experience preferred.
