Network L3 LAN / WAN with Operations Experience for the client?s Ops team.
This person would be a lead Network Engineer responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing Complex Network Issues
? We would be looking for someone with excellent communication skills to be able to articulate network problems and provide problem summaries for Major Events
? This person should have a strong understanding of Cisco Network Devices (Catalyst 9k, Nexus 9K, ACI Switching) as well as experience with SDWAN and other WAN technologies
? We would like them to have a basic understanding of Cloud Architecture
? Ideally they would have an understanding of load balancing / basic packet analysis
? Cisco Certifications would be a plus
? This would be a remote position and really needs to be in the EST time zone
? Superb communication and inter-personal skills is a must
In addition, the day-to-day, or ?BAU? activities include:
? Maintaining the Service-associated processes and procedural documentation up-to-date and accurate, through collaboration with client.
? Adhere to all client?s ITIL-based Standards for Change Management, Asset Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management
? Comply with all Network Qualification requirements for documenting systems and test results during RFC execution with hand off documentation to compliance teams for network diagram updates as required.
? Comply with all client?s requirements for ongoing Training Curricula Standards
? Supporting client?s global Risk Management and Compliance infrastructure standards in Business Technology
? Meeting Customer knowledge transition and service implementation requirements, including associated critical timeline objectives.
? Requirements gathering and subject matter expert support
? Review Turnover Tracking and Reporting
? RFC Tracking and Reporting
