Sales Representive - Western Wisconsin Job Opening in Madison, Wisconsin - Our client does sales and service of overhead cranes and hoists. They have a Sales Representative opening due to a retirement after 30 years of territory management. This Sales Representative will cover the Western side of Wisconsin and reports to the Sales Manager. This client has had successful sales reps that came from structural type equipment design and went on to sales of capital equipment. Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of the products and services available
Conduct sales appointments and presentations of current products and services
Work independently to achieve sales goals and objectives in assigned territory
Serve as main communication between customers and the manufacturing department
Work with customers on project requirements to put together competitive pricing
Requirements:
Bachelor degree preferred
Experience with CRM (Customer Relations Management) software
3+ years of outside sales experience with manufacturers of Capital Equipment
Any type of handling equipment background preferred
Basic understanding and technical aptitude of mechanical equipment
