Responsibilities:
Offer friendly service to customers by responding to their needs and questions ensuring a memorable shopping experience
Strive to attain daily, weekly and monthly sales and operational goals
Maintain the merchandise and visual presentation standards throughout the store
Assist with the daily operational functions of the department
Assist with merchandising and floor moves
Attend product clinics as required
Skills / Requirements:
A varied schedule will include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Must have a friendly, outgoing personality and be driven to satisfy customers
Prefer 1-2 years of apparel sales experience in a fast-paced retail setting
Strong communication skills
Ability to suggestively sell and be persuasive
Passionate about your interests as they relate to BlueZone Sports product offering
