SALES OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking an ambitious sales representative to help recruit sharp individuals to become real estate Sales Associates. Our Business Coaches are responsible for setting appointments, recruiting new Sales Associates and providing coaching and training to Sales Associates. Coaching, recruiting and real estate experience NOT required, professional training will be provided.
What you?ll do:
Contact required number of candidates per day; recruit assigned number of Sales Associates per month.
Convert leads and prospects into new Sales Associate team members.
Develop, train and promote Commonwealth?s unique value proposition and company vision; ensure it is understood by candidates and Sales Associates.
Provide sales coaching to a designated roster of Sales Associates.
Conduct daily training and role playing with Sales Associates in small and large groups.
Track productivity of Sales Associates (assigned and recruited).
Hold Sales Associates accountable for reaching daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals.
Attend 3-4 training seminars and/or retreats per year
Experience:
Associate?s Degree required, Bachelor?s degree preferred.
Three to five years of sales, recruiting or call center experience required.
Ability to make cold calls.
Exceptional time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain tracking systems to actively hold Sales Associates accountable.
Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven and collaborative.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office applications required.
Salary plus commission based position
Business Coaches will be trained by nationally recognized training company
