Clinical Operations Supervisor Job Opening in Bronx, New york - Expanding Multi Specialty Medical Practice in the Bronx, New York seeking highly dedicated Office Manager to manage our Physical Therapy Department in one of our Outpatient Facilities. EssenHealthcare, founded by Dr. Sumir Sahgal in 1999, is the largest Multi-Specialty Medical Practice in the Bronx Community, and continues to grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, overseeing and ensuring the successful administrative, financial and operational aspects of the specific location. Provide and patient friendly environment, and possess excellent patient relation & customer service skills, be a team player. Due to our patient Population Bilingual Spanish speaking skills would be a plus.
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities
Ensure the efficient and organized daily operations of a fast paced Physical Therapy Department.
Oversee the front desk staff and functions, ensuring that staff attends to the needs of the patients.
Maintain multiple clinician and employee schedules
Audit staff timesheets prior to payroll submission
Monitor center activity and patient flow to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Ensure compliance with policies and protocols. Responsible for compliance in all areas including HR, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.
Interact with staff and patients and manage all feedback in a timely
manner, including investigate and resolve patient and staff complaints, referring issues to others as needed.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Executive Director.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Higher.
At least 2 years of Healthcare management experience.
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (E-ClinicalWorks Preferred) and Medical Terminology.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of payroll and human resources
Must be motivational in a positive team environment
