POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Design and develop new software products and architectures.
Manage projects and resources to implement new applications and systems
Coordinate maintenance activities, patches and customer service operations
Act as a trusted software expert within the organization
Participate in change control processes and software engineering efforts
Coaching and mentoring junior team members
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
Familiar with working on software development teams
Advanced skills in software and database development technologies and languages
Familiarity with software engineering practices
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
Excellent oral and written communications
Excellent project management skills
Ability to work independently and with a group
Exemplary problem resolution skills.Â
Ability to analyze situations and provide an appropriate solution in a minimal time frame.

Thorough knowledge of software development principals, architecture, design, analysis and support
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
4 year degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
3 years in a programming or software development position preferred
