Job Description
Seeking a technical lead responsible for the day to day health, readiness and utilization of SCCM and the toolset built around it. Supporting some 200,000 devices, he/she must be able to provide good customer services to our clients to address their needs in a timely manner.
As a SCCM SME, he/she is expected to develop and enhance the overall capability of the team. Working with cross-functional teams, be able to create, document, and implement best practices to optimize the tools and processes needed to support the RSM services offering.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft VSTS, Azure
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Sharepoint, ServiceCafe
- Excellent documentation & communication skills
- Facilitate environment readiness preparation and validation
- Proficiency with Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
