POWER GENERATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our R&D team. You will be part of a global team who works collaboratively on adding new features and enhancements to our system.
As a Sr. Software Engineer you will be part of our agile development team and also work with our internal and external customers. You will create new products facilitating cutting edge technologies in powerful environments such as power plants. Domain knowledge combined with excellence in tomorrow?s technologies offer deep insights into the performance and health of customers? assets in real-time, providing not only additional value in terms of efficiency, but also helps keeping downtimes short.
You will develop data driven monitoring & diagnostic models for condition monitoring and optimization of plant and fleet assets, enhance current products and services by applying state of the art machine learning techniques and validate approaches by large scale data analysis together with segments, internal as well as external partners.
Expert programming skills in one of the following languages are mandatory: Java, C++, C#
R Language a +
Development of models for data analysis, condition monitoring and diagnosis of power generation equipment
· Development of data analytic models, including prototyping, feasibility studies, specification and implementation and validation of detection accuracy based on test data sets
Masters/PhD degrees is preferred but select bachelors or equivalent education will also be considered
Required work experience (minimum of 8 years? experience in R&D)
