SummaryPull and Inspect Packed Materials and Document/Record Keeping associated with job. May also step in for Inspector or Samples person
Primary Responsibilities
Recognize non-conforming product and the ability to document.
Look objectively for compliance to the Quality Manual and ISO Standard.
Auditing of Final outgoing product and maintaining of documentation
Documentation of cases of outgoing product that have been inspected
Place defective or suspect items on Hold and document.
Understand Plant Terminology, such as ?Green Load?.
Operate a Scorebend / Open Force machine.
Report on all accidents, near misses, injuries and incidents.
Other related as assigned.

Understanding of defect QA quarantine and traceability methodology* *
Obtain quality samples from Plant specific sample area.* *

Working Conditions
Exposure to:
Folding Carton Manufacturing Plant environment
Stand on feet for more than 8 hours, pull and lift carton cases.
High noise levels, Hearing Protection is provided.
Hot and Cold Temperatures

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is needed along with reasonable experience.
Language Skills:
Must have ability to verbally communicate, read and write in English to respond to regulatory compliance issues, and common inquiries from all employees.
Mathematical skills:
Know mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Reasoning ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to recognize PPE and or Personal Safety needs at specific locations throughout plant.
Certificates, licenses, registrations :
No additional certificates required.
