We currently have an opening for a Per Diem IV Pharmacy Technician / Patient Service Representative.
Responsibilities include assisting the pharmacist in the provision of clinical pharmacy services to NELC?s home infusion therapy patients that involves preparation of sterile medications using aseptic technique and also assisting the pharmacist in the operational tasks. This is a team oriented position in a fast-paced, challenging environment providing support to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent
Proven ability in a fast-paced high volume, team oriented environment
Certification / licensure as a Pharmacy Technician as required by New Hampshire
National Pharmacy Technician certification preferred; or obtain national certification within 1 year of hire
Experience:
Hospital or homecare setting in IV admixtures using an IV laminar flow hood highly preferred.
